Driving the 10 mile Raiders Road offers a rare chance to take your car into the heart of Galloway Forest Park. It's open from April to October for cars. The Otter Pool is about halfway along the road, and is a great place to stop and play or go for picnic by the river.Accessibility
There is step-free access around the Otter Pool area, including an accessible toilet. There is ample car parking, although no Blue Badge designated spaces.
