Since 1970, the Greater Vancouver Zoo has introduced, educated and intrigued many guests about the wonderful world of animals. We are dedicated to conservation, preservation and protection of endangered species.

Since 1970, the Greater Vancouver Zoo has introduced, educated and intrigued many guests about the wonderful world of animals. We are dedicated to conservation, preservation and protection of endangered species. We have 3km of wide paved pathways. For an additional cost, you can also experience the Zoo on our narrated Safari Express Miniature Train tour. The Safari Express accommodates two wheelchair passengers per tour. Tours are 10-15 minutes and take you around the perimeter of the facility.
