Zero stars. There is a big step at the entrance. The shop has no wheelchair ramp. I was unable to get inside.

Transport & Parking

There are no step-free stations nearby. Zillions of buses go up and down nearby Oxford Street. I wouldn't dream of trying to park in this area.

Access

Zero stars. I wasn't able to get into the shop. There is a big step at the entrance (see my photo below) and the shop has no wheelchair ramp.

Toilets

As I wasn't able to get into the shop, I have no idea whether it has a toilet.

Staff

Zero stars to the staff for not proving a wheelchair ramp, despite being legally obliged to do so for over twenty years. I spoke to an employee at the doorway. He rang the manager, and then came out to report to me that the manager had said: "I'll have to contact the owner of the building, that's the best I can do". No! no! no! That's not the best the manager can do. The manager must not pass the buck like this. The best the manager can do is to obtain a simple, lightweight, foldable aluminium wheelchair ramp which can be deployed every time a wheelchair user wishes to enter and leave the shop. I was shocked and angry at the manager's reaction.
