Disabled Access Day at Homelands
In the Paxton Centre in the morning Fife Tourism Partnership staff will give a talk on #AccessibleFife. Homelands has been working in partnership with The Rings, VisitScotland, Euan's Guide, and Fife Tourism Partnership along with a range of Fife businesses to make Fife the number one Accessible Tourism destination in Scotland.
The cafe will be open for teas, coffees and home baking. In the morning, Alison Graham will be running a mindfulness workshop and Linda Simpson will help you get your fitness regime started with a seated exercise class. In the afternoon Carole Shaw will give a talk on Fatigue Management. Throughout the day some of our therapists will be offering free therapy tasters on a first come, first served basis. There's also an art workshop where guests can paint a welly for Homelands' welly boot garden.
