Llanymynech Canal Wharf (Glanfa Llanymynech) visitor centre is open on Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays Mondays from Easter to the end of September from 1.30 – 4.00 for boat trips on the Montgomery Canal & light refreshments.Accessibility
The visitor centre is all on one level with a standard WC with space for a wheelchair + carer. There is disabled parking and with advance notice we can try to reserve space outside the centre. Our narrowboat has a wheelchair lift for access but many people prefer to remain on deck - in nice weather.

Our staff (volunteers) can operate the wheelchair lift on the boat and help with access and interpretation for visitors.
