This library hosts a wide variety of events including: Baby Bounce and Rhyme, Read and Rhyme, Computer Buddies, Library Club, Code Club, Lego Club, Art Group, Age UK Springboard Group, Knit and Natter, Craft events for Children, and the Summer Reading Challenge. You can also use this library to apply for or renew a bus pass, and access the internet, print and scan from one of our computers.Accessibility
There is a flat entrance with automatic doors. The library stock is all located over one floor and there is plenty of space for a wheelchair to move between the shelves. There are several seating areas that are suitable for wheelchair users, plus a sofa and chairs that are easier for the less able to sit/stand up from. Assistance dogs are welcome. There are two marked disabled parking bays, plus other adjacent free parking.
Toilets
The disabled toilet has a flat entrance and a wide door. There are grab rails, easy turn taps and door handle, door unlock button and emergency cord. The disabled toilet also doubles as a baby changing room.
