A ramped access leads into a large tiled hall. The huge open-plan living area has a large sitting area, with a wood-burning stove, opening through a patio door into a private terrace and garden with stunning westerly views. The kitchen is massive with granite worktops, an American-style fridge freezer, and full range of domestic appliances, including a washer drier and dishwasher, providing everything that you might expect of a 5-Star holiday cottage. The sleeping accommodation comprises one double bedroom with a super-king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and televison, one twin bedroom, and a family bathroom with a bath and roll-in shower. Merlin Cottage has been awarded 5 Stars by Visit Britain and possesses a Mobility M2 accessibility grading for disabled guests.

Accessibility

We fully meet the requirements of Mobility M2. We have ramped access, wide doorways, roll-in showers for which we provide a specialist wheel chair which also can be used over the WC. The cottages have floor to ceiling windows looking on to grass fields with animals grazing. The cottages are exceptionally spacious allowing ample room for the wheel chair user to move around freely witout inconvenience.
