Venue Description

We're a family business providing 8 self catering cottages designed to accommodate the disabled & their family & friends to ensure a holiday for all.They're situated on a converted farmyard in the quiet village of Bircham. We are approx 5 miles from the Royal Estate at Sandringham & 7 miles from the NW Norfolk Coast. All of our cottages have level access & an open plan room layout including, en-suite 'roll-in' wet rooms & purpose built low-level kitchens, especially designed for wheelchair users. We welcome all pets and have a selection of equipment for hire, eg: profile bed & mobile hoist.

Accessibility

All our properties have level access. There are no steps into the properties. Our doors are all wide enough for a wheelchair to get through. Our 2 larger properties have a second floor with a through the floor lift to access the upstairs. our only other property with a second floor is Owl Barn and has a wheelchair accessible bedroom downstairs & a further 2 bedrooms upstairs which would not be accessible as no lift.

Toilets

All our toilets are wheelchair accessible. At least 1 toilet per property has drop down rails or rails attached to toilet. (Throne) There is at least 1 roll in wet room in each property.
