Disappointing attitude from door staff

Overview
I visited to watch Lower Than Atlantis with my daughter who has autism and scoliosis. We arrived early as stated on the email to get the companions ticket. When the doors opened early for visitors with disabilities the door man would not let us in at first stating that he could not see what was wrong with my daughter. After this he let someone in with a broken arm and said "well she's got her arm in plaster so she needs to come in this way. " All of this led to us missing out on the priority access time before the main doors opened which for my daughter was important to settle her before the venue got busy. I do have to say they have been great since I offered them feedback and I am optimistic our next visit will be better.
Transport & Parking
We went by public transport. The venue is a small walk away. Leaving was much busier in general in the area which made it a more difficult walk then arriving. Staff at the train station were helpful.
