Slackbrae garden in June. There is also a herb garden that is on the terrace, which is same level as the house - no steps to reach. Other parts of the garden do require 4 steps to be used.

Barbecuing on the terrace, which is accessed from the kitchen door and is same level as the house. From the terrace there are four steps to the rest of the garden. Note the garden is not fully fenced but it is a private area and extends to 500m2.

Open-plan dining area which opens out into kitchen. Large glazed floor to ceiling windows so plenty of light and sun from midday until sunset. The kitchen/dining/sitting are in an Z shape with the dining area in the middle. This makes it open plan but there is some privacy.

East bedroom which can be twin or superking double. The furniture can be moved so that one of the beds can be up against the wall. Wardrobe has a pullout trouser rail which can be accessed from seating height.
West bedroom dressing area
West bedroom bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bath has a grab rail and a shower stick. Water is controlled using a thermostatic dial on the wall. Wall-mounted skincare products (organic, locally sourced) including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, handwash and body lotion.
The whole house has a vaulted ceiling of 4m so plenty of room, the area of the whole house is 120m2 so plenty of room for two bedrooms. Lots of conservation skylights to keep the sun inside. The house is also very well insulated and has underflooor heating throughout to keep it cosy.
West bedroom: superking-size bed. It cannot really be moved. The wardrobe has a pullout trouser-rail which can be accessed from sitting down.
