A lunchtime meal in a family friendly pub/restaurant which is part of the Marstons group.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Step free entrance. Large front door to open outwards. Step free inside. Wheelchair accessible throughout the inside.
Parking & Transport
Average
Located on Herringthorpe Valley Road on the outskirts of Rotherham. We drove and there is parking at the front with one disabled space.
Accessible Toilets
Average
Radar key toilet to the right of the bar. Although it was big enough for a wheelchair it was quite small and awkward to manoeuvre around. Fixed grab rails and a pull down grab rail for the toilet but I found the toilet was too far away from the wall fixed grab rails. Poor lighting - too dim.
Staff
Good
The lady who served us was very friendly.
Additional Information
Reasonable quality food for reasonable value. Not much choice for vegetarians. Wheelchair accessible table. Decor looking a bit tired.
