Pre–arrivals For pre-arrival assistance please contact our Reservations team on 01543 414822 Reception There are steps at the front entrance to Reception from the High Street, However rear entrance is accessible. Bedrooms Please contact our Reception team before booking so we can be sure to find you a room to suit your requirements - if you have difficulty walking but do not need a specially adapted room please request a room near reception on the ground floor for easy access. Restaurants, Bars, Meeting & Event Rooms The Lounge Bar, Darwins restaurant and The Charter meeting room are located on the ground floor and have direct access from the entrance, with no steps. Our first-floor meeting and event rooms can be accessed by a lift. Please note the Minister meeting room has steps to get down to it. Additional Information Guide dogs are allowed in the hotel A wheelchair is available to borrow from Reception Ramps are available in certain parts of the hotel for wheelchair access
