Accessibility

Access to The Moat House is via the front door which has a short shallow ramp from the pavement. ALL access doors in the property are wide being at least 900mm wide with plenty of space for turning/manoeuvring (approx. 400m2 overall area). There is an enclosed platform lift capable of taking up to 5 people or 1 powered wheelchair user and carer. All rooms are wheelchair accessible except for 1 bedroom which has 3 steps to access. All bedrooms are very large with chair to bed to chair transfers possible from both sides.

As this is a self-catering holiday accommodation venue there are no staff as such. We can however consider requests for carers and extra house cleaning services.
