Venue Description

Usk Show is an Agricultural Show that has been held in our small corner of Monmouthshire since 1844. We are a one day show who's focus is on family & community. We showcase the best of rural and agricultural life in Monmouthshire and surrounding areas. With 11 different competition sections (Equine, Showjumping, Livestock, Dairy Goats, Homecraft , Steam Section, Horticulture among others) and 2 rings showing attractions all day, there is something to keep the whole family amused all day. We also have over 300 trade stands joining us each year exhibiting everything from tractors & horseboxes, to jewellery & clothing. In our Forgotten Skills area you will see very talented crafts people showing off skills of the past - maybe you can have a go too!

Accessibility

We are a green field site, with forward parking in all car parks available for visitors. There are no steps into the venue - but it is a green field so if the weather has been poor it may be difficult to get around the showground. We have some roadways in the showground, but these are very limited

Accessible Performances

We do not have any grandstand or raised seating for visitors so all performances are accessible to all

Toilets

We have smaller, easy access single portable toilet units dotted around the showground, as well as a fully accessible toilet, inclusive of hoist & full sized changed bed.

Assistance dog exercise facilities

We do not have an exercise area for assistance dogs sorry - they must be kept on a lead at all times. However, they will get plenty of exercise walking around our site!
