Accessibility

All our entrances are accessible and step free using the park’s own tarmacked paths. Once you are in the event you will find that event area is covered entirely in temporary trackway. There is no specific Accessible entrance although we would advise using the Red Gate (Family entrance at the North of the site) The Blue Gate or Green Gate are closest to Green Park station that has step-free access. Please note Blue Gate, near Hyde Park Corner and Gold Gate at Marble Arch can get very busy at peak times. Please note that there are bag searches in operation at all of our entrances. More details about the event can be found in the Accessibility at Winter Wonderland Guide. Please note that Hyde Park Winter Wonderland can include flashing lights, flash photography and music throughout the event. All our pre-bookable attractions are accessible and our shows (Megadome) are fitted with Hearing Loops. When booking tickets for these attractions it would help us to know of any access requirements in advance. This will allow us to provide the correct facilities for our visitors. We may not be able to best deal with any requests that are not arranged in advance. Some of the attractions are limited to the amount of wheelchair users that can be accommodated at any one time. We have a covered chill/quiet area at the north of site near the family entrance. This enclosed space has heating, neutral lighting and is music free. There are also quieter spaces during the day in the Bavarian Village/Hall and the Street Food area. We also have a dedicated on-site accessibility manager who will be more than happy to assist our guests where needed. Please do ask a member of staff if you would like to speak with them on the day of your v
