Venue Description

We are a single storey, purpose built Youth Hostel with 80 beds in 15 bedrooms of 8/7/5/4/2 bedded which are all ensuite wet rooms. We have disabled facilities within the hostel and are situated within a village location 200 metres from the beach. The village is flat with 2 slipways onto the beach suitable for wheelchair users. We have a large drying room with laundry facilities and cafe bar open during the day, as well as serving breakfasts and evening meals daily. Accessibility

All of our facilities are on the ground floor and have level access. Doors into communal areas are double doors. Two of our bedrooms have en-suite level access showers. These do not contain grab rails. There is another communal level access shower accessed via the corridor. This shower also does not have grab rails.

Toilets

In the reception hall there is a unisex accessible WC fitted with grab rails. The door to the accessible WC is 775mm wide. It has left-handed transfer.
