Getting Here

By train / bus – the Art Gallery is a 10-min walk from the train and bus stations. There's a pedestrian crossing on Schoolhill near the entrance. By local bus – lots of local buses stop on Union Street and the Gallery is a short walk along Belmont Street. The closest bus stops are outside His Majesty's Theatre (3, 3A, 12, 37, 59, 220), and on Blackfriars Street (220). To plan your journey, visit the First Bus website or Stagecoach website. By bike – there are bike racks near the main entrance on Schoolhill. Shopmobility – volunteer-based service lending powered wheelchairs or scooters for City Centre travel. Please visit the Shopmobility website for more information. Coach drop off – on Blackfriars Street, around the corner from the entrance.

Parking

Blue Badge parking spaces are available outside the Gallery on a first come, first served basis. There is no on-street parking outside the Gallery. The nearest car park is the NCP at Harriet Street (2 min walk), the Bon Accord shopping centre or Denburn (5 min walk).
