Overview
There was a ramp to the main entrance, but to get to it there was a gate. Behind the gate were a table and two chairs so a passer by had to lean over to move it. One member of staff was not helpful about where we could sit (both my friend and I are wheelchair users). It was a busy lunchtime but there could have been a more polite way of explaining where we could sit

Staff
The waiters were very helpful and polite, and I think realised that the one rude member of staff hadn't treated us very well. I was going to transfer out of my chair but was told 'you can't sit there, you are going to be blocking the way'.... a nicer choice of words would have helped. Perhaps 'would you mind if we seat you somewhere else where there are less people walking through'
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Food was nice, and waiting staff helpful but I wouldn't go back because of the rude manner in which we were treated. Customers who were sitting near us heard how we were spoken to.
