    Ashling Park Estate

    About

Discover Ashling Park, a 50-acre estate in the charming hamlet of West Ashling near Chichester. It may be a small village – blink and you’ve driven through it – but it’s a delightful place to call home, with the rolling South Downs on the doorstep and the sea just minutes away. After living here for more than 20 years the Gardner family decided it’s such a great place to rest and play, why not work here, too? The hay meadow was promptly converted into a vineyard and the rest, as they say, is alchemy – because as ideas go, it was pure gold. Today the Ashling Park Estate business is a real family affair, with everyone playing their part. Ashling Park has 33 acres of vineyard planted with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay along with just a splash of Bacchus. It was awarded three trophies in the 2020 Wine GB competition for the best Cuvée NV, best sparkling Rosé and best wine in the South East. Visitors can try the trophy-winning sparkling wines, take a vineyard tour, enjoy lunch with friends or simply enjoy a glass of Rosé in the summer sunshine.
