Venue Description

Bellcraig Community Centre is managed by Glasgow Life on behalf of Glasgow City Council, as a resource for the local community. It was opened in 1983 by Councillor McGarry. Bellcraig Community Centre can be used for a variety of community, social and commercial activities, including but not restricted to meetings, small conferences, classes, clubs, arts and crafts, sports activities, dance classes, birthday parties, engagement parties, christening/communion receptions, slimming clubs and martial arts classes. Experienced staffs are always on hand to assist with any special requirements.

Accessibility

There is a ramp next to the entrance. The center is on one level. There is an accesable waiting area and accessable toilet with low sink and emergency pull cord and a hand rail. Staff are friendly and helpfull and have undertaken training on disability awrness.

The Centre received a Customer Service Excellence Award in 2014.

Bellcraig Community Centre has one member of staff on duty to deal with all enquiries and issues. Staff at the centre are very approachable, have a very good knowledge of the local area and are very willing and accommodating to help if required.
