I am a carer or friend of a disabled person.

Caffe Nero - Gentleman's Walk, Norwich - the view from the back of the cafe towards the entrance.

    Overall Rating

    Rating Emoji

    Poor

Never the easiest place to get into with mobility problems or a wheelchair, but a recent refurbishment means it is more difficult to access than ever.

    Disabled Access In and Around

    Rating Emoji

    Poor

A very thin queuing area between the counter and some tables means it is always necessary to ask people to stand aside to get by. A recent refurbishment means that there are now tables blocking the way to the back of the cafe where the toilets are making it difficult to move around.

    Accessible Toilets

    Rating Emoji

    Bad

If you can get to it, the refurbished toilet is too small for a wheelchair to turn around in it, and the emergency cord dangles about 4 foot off the ground. This is not tied up, it has been designed that short!

    Staff

    Rating Emoji

    Good

    Always friendly and polite.
