Parking in The Kingsgate multi story. Prices have been slashed so don't be afraid to use it. Shopmobility on lower ground. Phone ahead and they will meet you with a scooter 01383 661455

Access

Wide aisles around the store. Roomy lifts. All signage in large clear Sans typeface, white on black.

Toilets

Roomy toilet, well signposted. Usual fittings. The red cord was 90cm of floor but supervisor said she would see to it.

Staff

Jane Cuming and Neil took my feedback and were very appreciative of it. They asked me for general feedback about the store. I felt they were serious about making equality happen. Debenhams has had a good record on equally and diversity and I remember 20 years ago they were one of the first stores to make trans people welcome.

I will be back to check that red cord. Unless you are there first! Take a a Euan's card as I had run out.
