Good Hotel especially for the price

Overview

Very friendly Staff, Hotel is nice , but a bit old in the rooms, poor access to sockets, accessible rooms OK but a little limited and in need of refurbishment, access to Platinum wing, poor access in bad repair -despite pointing this out on previous stay this has not been changed? are the management listening, usual poorly set out self services making access without assistance difficult. So nice Hotel, little though given to access needs beyond the bare requirements
