Venue Description

If you long for a truly restorative break which involves nothing more complicated than days spent on glorious unspoilt beaches, bike rides, island boat trips, coastal walks, star gazing and visits to romantic castles, then you’ll love a break at Outchester and Ross Cottages on the Northumberland coast. Outchester and Ross Cottages, between Bamburgh Castle and the Holy Island of Lindisfarne, is the ideal place for a relaxing break - with 21st century comforts of course! These 4 and 5 star cottages, all with private gardens and sleeping from 2 - 6, are as far away from the holiday crowds as you can get. At night you can take advantage of the clear coastal skies and gaze at the stars. Guests staying in these cottages are offered free use of a telescope during their stay and many visitors rise at dawn to watch the sun rise over lovely Bamburgh Beach. Prices per cottage, per week range from £300 - £970. Short weekend and midweek breaks are also available.
