Venue Description

FoodCycle Walker welcomes anyone to attend as a guest and enjoy a FREE hot meal. No need to book. Just turn up on the day! Come and enjoy company and conversation with others from your local area over a delicious meal, prepared with care by FoodCycle volunteers. We are FoodCycle, and our vision is to make food poverty, loneliness and food waste a thing of the past for every community. With community dining, week in, week out we feed the hungry and give company to the lonely in our communities; providing delicious meals and great conversation, and using food which would otherwise go to waste.

Accessibility

Step free access to building via ramp. There is an additional ramp through the building to get to the room the meal is served in. There is also a side entrance/exit that takes you directly into the room of the meal should this be more suitable, this doorway has a small lip on it but has been used for small wheelchairs in the past.

There is a village green a few 100 yards away from the arts centre. Otherwise there is ample space outside the building for the dog to be exercised on lead.
