Looking for somewhere to eat following a visit to the cinema, we noticed that Frankie & Benny’s offered a discount to cinemagoers. Whilst we were eating, there seemed to be a frequent queue at the door of diners waiting to be seated. Nevertheless, a table suitable for my wheelchair was quickly found and menus left with us. It didn’t take long for us to choose, unlike the time for a member of staff to come to take our order for food and drink. I have to say that the food was served promptly but we then had an even longer wait when trying to order desert. Like our main course, this was delicious. Perhaps it was just a bad night (a Sunday) for our visit but hopefully service will have sped up should we choose to visit again.

The layout of the restaurant and atmosphere made it a pleasant venue for a meal although I did not use it, there is an accessible toilet in the restaurant.

Although the restaurant didn’t appear to be busy, we seemed to wait quite a while before a member of staff approached us. On the whole we found the meal really enjoyable and it was only tarnished by the slowness of the staff.
Additional Information
Even without the discount from our cinema ticket, we felt that the food was reasonable priced.
