Overview

Visited Jenners yet again for coffee in the Zest Cafe using the Neatebox Welcome App. They knew we were coming and We were met on arrival at the Rose Street entrance and taken to the cafe where help was given to manage trays etc. Darren organised things for us and he and Robyn made sure we had a great experience. Thanks to both for their help and to the Welcome App for making things so easy.

Transport & Parking

One of the party came by train and the other by bus Waverley Station

Access

The disabled access is in Rose Street where there is a lift, stairs or escalator. The lift is currently being repaired so we were offered another disabled access with a ramp into the main store.

Toilets

Since we used the Welcome App Darren and Robyn took us to the disabled loo which was clean and easily accessed with plenty of career space.

Staff

Very welcoming and helpful and went the extra mile, they knew exactly what we wanted having been advised in advanced and made sure that we achieved the objectives of our visit. Thanks Darren and Robyn

Anything else you wish to tell us?

A very positive experience as always, this is our 4th visit and one we shall continue to repeat with Welcome. I recommend that anyone who hasn’t tried the Welcome App download it and use it as Jenners are going out of their way to be helpful
