John Lewis - Liverpool ONE, full line department store with catering and toilet facilities for customers.
Accessibility
There are three wide, ground floor entrances to the store which lie on a flat surfaces with no ramps or steps, automatic doors and lift access on each floor. The second floor has a bridge which connects the John Lewis Q-Park to the store, and there are also disabled parking bays at our Customer Collection Point.
Toilets
All floors except for the ground floor have a disabled toilet facility which is stationed next to the lift. Emergency pull cord, hand rails, low level sink and toilet are all included.
Staff
There are a number of fully trained first aiders in store at all times.
