Venue Description

The are the largest department store within the Intu shopping centre. We sell a large range of items over 3 selling floors.

Accessibility

You can enter our shop via the Intu shopping centre on ground and first floor, also Kings Car park (level 2). From the Intu shopping centre the entrance is level ground. Entrance from Kings Car park is also level. From here the doors into the shop open automatically. There are disabled car park spaces immediately outside the shop. These spaces are managed by the shopping centre and not John Lewis.

Toilets

We have 2 disabled toilets in the branch. One of the second floor close to our restaurant and the other on the ground floor of the shop. Both have easy access with wide door. There are grab rails either side of the toilet. There is a telephone also incase of an emergency.

Staff

Whilst our staff do not have specific training they are always willing to assist and support you.

There are a number of parks close to our venue. The closest is Watford fields - approx 5 minutes walk fro the branch. It is located off Lower High Street.
