I have visited The Lady Nairne Hotel many many times for both a meal and a drink. It is fully accessible in both the bar and restaurant and there is disabled parking spaces. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The menu is large and varied and of very good quality and reasonable prices. There are accessible toilets with plenty of space for both wheelchairs and motorised scooters. I haven't stayed in the hotel so can't comment on its accessibility but I would highly recommend this for anyone wanting to enjoy a night out for a drink and/or a meal. You won't regret it.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
There is a wide ramp leading to the front door and double doors which allow easy access for wheelchairs and motorised scooters. It is easy to move about the bar and restaurant both in wheelchairs and motorised scooters so you don't feel that you are in anyone's way.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
Spaces are in the front car park of the hotel and are located close to the entrance door
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
There is one large accessible toilet. Plenty of turning space and for any carers who need to accompany a person to help them
Staff
Excellent
Staff are friendly and helpful and will do everything to make your visit enjoyable, They help in any way they can and will make any adjustments to the seating that you require.
