Little Angel Theatre is a home for puppetry. Since its doors first opened in 1961 the theatre has been dedicated to creating and sharing inspiring stories. Puppetry is at the heart of this innovative theatre, from igniting the imaginations of the youngest minds to equipping tomorrow’s puppeteers with the tools they need to succeed. As well as an internationally recognised theatre with productions touring throughout the UK and across the globe, Little Angel Theatre also has its roots in Islington, and works with its local, diverse community to break down barriers to arts engagement so all can benefit and enjoy this remarkable art form.

Disabled Access Information Provided by Little Angel Theatre

Disabled Access at Little Angel Theatre

The Theatre is wheelchair accessible via a ramp in the entrance. Our foyer, Box Office, shop, toilets and auditorium space are all on the ground floor. The theatre auditorium seats 93 people and can accommodate 2 wheelchair users. Unfortunately our workshop is not wheelchair accessible. Doors to the theatre open 30 minutes prior to each performance start time. Outside of these times, from 10am-5pm weekdays / 4pm weekends, our Box Office is open but access may require pressing a buzzer located 1400mm from floor level. The dimensions of the disabled toilet are: 1.35m x 1.45m. Please contact us for more information about our Hearing Loop.
