Dinner at the Christmas market

Good

I made reservations for a table of two via the online openTable app over a month in advance and was quite seamless and I instructed the restaurant that one of my party was in a wheelchair, three weeks prior to my booking I increased the number of people to 4 and was able to change easily on the app. There was a doorman who opened the door after confirming we had the reservation otherwise it will have been a heavy door but after inside we were shown to our table which already had a chair removed so I could wheel straight in. Even though the restaurant was busy, the waitress took our drinks order which arrived promptly and then after placing our food order we enjoyed the ambience of a full and busy Christmas vibe. The food arrived quickly and can only be described as amazing, you certainly get what you pay for and there was four clean plates and some very full customers. We did not have dessert as the main course was satisfying enough.

Excellent

The venue has got level access straight into the restaurant with wide double doors to the premises.

Parking & Transport

Good

A lot of the roads leading into the area were closed due to the Christmas market however we were able to get a taxi to the edge of the market and it was not a long walk/roll to the restaurant.

Accessible Toilets

Good

I never needed to use the bathroom but was informed that there was accessible toilets in the premises by one of my party.

Staff

Excellent

Staff were great and accommodating and did not seem to be rushed off the feet and each small area of the restaurant had their own server.
