Very unhelpful staff which clearly weren't trained to help disabled people

Disabled Access In and Around

The stewards wouldn't allow me to go through a separate gate so made me walk half way around the stadium, then once I got to my gate there was no lift and the only way to get to a lift to the 5th floor was up the stairs or up one flight or stairs and halfway back around the stadium to find the escalator, I couldn't walk any further to find the lifts. Once at the right place upstairs I had to shout at a member of staff to be served at the bar as they ignored me at the disabled desk. Got to where our seats were meant to be and they were about 30 steps up despite booking disabled seats. Told to go to the disabled platform which had no seats and was then invited to sit on the floor and watch the concert, at which point I had a panic attack and spent the entire concert in tears

Parking & Transport

They had none, or none that was available for me to book about 2 months before, but offered me parking in the rugby ground next door then made me walk around the whole stadium

Accessible Toilets

Ok toilet but after I'd collapsed and had a panic attack they needed to bring me a wheelchair where I was barged to the front of the queue because the people queuing (with radar access) "didn't look disabled enough"

Awful, nobody helped me until I had collapsed and had a panic attack

Additional Information

I'd never visit this place again, I researched and researched the place and thought I'd be ok without my wheelchair but the whole experience was ruined because of the lack of care from the staff
