Overview
Getting into the centre was good with electrically operated doors on both the Mulberry Trees exit and the route to the nearby Greenside car park. Great accessible toilet with automated doors.
Transport & Parking
Accessible buses stop outside the Leith Street entrance and the bus station is not far from the Multrees Walk entrance. A Shopmobility point is located in nearby Waterloo Place on certain days of the week.
Access
Access was good for a power chair user. Easy to get in and out via the automated doors. The accessible toilet on the main level was impressive with electrically operated doors to get into the area and into the toilet cubicle. Easy to operate and clear to see. A second accessible toilet was up on the next floor, a lift goes up from the main floor, and there's a food area with all sorts of options.
Toilets
The main accessible toilet on the main floor was very impressive. Easy to access with electrically operated doors, plenty of space to manoeuvre, and very clean and well looked after.
Staff
Staff were very helpful. There is a customer service desk in the centre and they were good when asked where particular shops were located.

A good place to shop with easy access to shops. Great when the weather is not too good!
