    Strange layout but accessible.

Based at St James Quarter I was quite excited to try this cinema. It has couches and arm chairs rather than standard seating. I use a powerchair so this was for my wife to have unique comfort. The lift to the screen was smooth that I didn’t feel it move and the accessible toilet has enough space for one doughnut. The wheelchair spaces within the screen are strange. There are two, one next to a chair that is a carers seat and one next to the other wheelchair space…in the middle of the floor. Oh and no carer seat for this space or even a table. This unfortunately was my spa. I felt completely disconnected from the group I was and honestly, I felt jn the way. People would stop and wonder why I was just sitting in the way. I felt so uncomfortable that I moved back toward a railing so I was out of the way. There is a drinks and food service to your chair but that was just more people to climb over me in the odd space in the middle of the floor.

    Great luxury Cinema

Went on a Thursday afternoon with my sister to see Bridget Jones. The venue was lovely. Not too busy probably because of the time of day that we went. Lovely treat

    Delightful experience!

This was my first visit to any of the Everyman Cinema's, I had heard so much about them and I have to say - I was not disappointed! From the get go we given a warm welcome by the staff and kindly guided to the beautifully decorated waiting area as we had arrived a little bit early so our screen wasn't ready yet. We were politely informed that if we wished to order any food or drink we can have a look at the menu and another member of staff will be over shortly to take our order. Which I'm pleased to say was exactly the case. A few minutes after we decided what we were having, our orders were taken and paid for. When our cinema screen was ready, the same member of staff who took our food and drinks order let us know where to go. It was Screen 1 which was upstairs via either a small flight of steps or a lift. Once we reached our seats, our food and drinks were delivered to us promptly and everything was delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our film and will be back very soon!
