Elegant and quirky high end restaurant

I’ve been 3 times. In 2023, 2024 and 2026. In St James’ Quarter on 4th floor There are 2. The other is on 40th floor of a skyscraper, in Bishopsgate, London (the city) Quite high end cooking etc. But quite irreverent decor. Giant cracking eggs etc, everything feathery rather than a specific food type (eg Japanese, Indian, Thai etc)
