Tied up despite Euans card! Otherwise a lovely time

Shocked to enter the accessible toilet and find despite the cord having a Euans guide card on it saying please don't tie it up, the cleaners had tied it up anyway. I'm raging. Apart from that, the restaurant was awesome. Spacious and sensory friendly restaurant with calm ambience despite how busy it was. It's easy to hear inside as they limit customers so it never gets too crowded. Really impressive selection of vendors for all diets and the food was delicious. Really easy to get around and I counted at least 3 accessible toilets which is really good! There's lift access to the restaurant via the main shopping mall.

    Bonnie & Wild accessible toilet

Clean. Smells nice. Everything in pretty good working order. Space for carer and manoeuvre. Doorway is dimly lit and grab tail a bit stiff. Assuming you have good use of arms/digits this would not be a problem.

    Great concept

Bonnie & Wild is within St James Quarter and is a food court in its own unit. I was with my wife so she was able to open the door. Inside there are different food vendors and a shared seating area. This worked out great for us as we could each order what we fancied rather than trying to agree on a restaurant. Drinks were purchased from the bar. It was brilliant as I had someone with me to go to the bar and collect food as it is not table service. If you are by yourself, you might find it tricky if you need extra help. Toilets are located throughout St James Quartet and are a decent size, at least two doughnuts. The Changing Places toilet is massive!
