Stunning views, bold flavours-worth the splurge

Unbelievable restaurant. In the W hotel (St James Quarter) but you can go there as a non-resident , on the 10th floor. Panoramic , jaw dropping views of things like Arthur’s Seat, St Andrews Square, the Balmoral Hotel, Calton Hill etc Fusion of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian food. Never seen before. I had ceviche (tuna) and wagyu beef sushi. My dining companion had sushi. We both had mocktails. All delicious. Eye-wateringly expensive-£79. My wagyu beef nigiri was £20 and 1 piece/bite!
