    Safer Toilets

    Red emergency cords are essential for safety, but they are often cut short, tied up or missing, putting disabled people at risk. Our pocket-sized, splash-proof Red Cord Cards raise awareness and slide easily onto emergency cords – and we have sent out over 150,000 so far! Help us make more accessible loos safer.

    The Euan’s Guide Access Survey is the UK’s largest and longest-running survey on disabled access, with over 6,500 participants and more than a decade of data. Our 2024 results show that 78% of disabled people are not confident visiting new places and 73% have found an accessible toilet they could not use. Read the full results and get involved.
