Family Jazz Sessions
Our ever-popular jazz sessions get a child friendly twist, where adults and little ones can bop away to live world-class jazz together and take part in interactive musical activities.
The line-up for this session includes singer and musician Faye Patton, whose original songs combine jazz, funk, pop, folk, gospel and blues influences with a contemporary Nu Jazz sound.
Musician of twenty-five years, Lloyd Marshall will be there playing the tenor saxophone. In the past he has performed with the English National orchestra, as well as part of his own band Timepiece.
They'll be joined by drummer Ian Newton Grant, who's influenced by musicians like Stevie Wonder, Earth, Wind and Fire, John Coltrane and Dennis Chambers. Ian is also a talented tutor who travels around the UK leading workshops for all ages.
