Accessibility

The entrance has a slight incline to enter the store and doors are automatic double. There is a threading service at the front of the store. The reclining threading chair has arms and a leg rest. The pharmacy is at the left hand side of the store with two chairs without armrests. The aisles are generally wide, however there are some which have a reduced width of approximately 70cm. One aisle at the back of the store which contains bath accessories and female deodorants which has a post in the middle of the aisle which would make it difficult to navigate around. There is a queue system at the till area which is in a wide s shape and surrounded by low level shelving with pick up purchases. The tills are approximately 1.2m high with removable chip and PIN terminals. The exit door is single and automatic – a 90 degree turn is then necessary to gain access to the street. Alternatively, the entrance doors have sensors on both sides, so exit is possible via this route also.
