Accessibility

Step free access to our main building, box office & theatre for customers, there is a drop curb near the front door for access, the doors are automatic, and there is also a ramped access via the back of our building through our pub 'The Fayre Spot' (dependent on their opening times - please note these doors are not automatic) - there is also a automatic door access from The Bretton Centre, with a wheelchair accessible lift/stairs down to the main concourse if coming in this way. If attending for an event such as a Wedding or Conference that is upstairs, a member of staff can take anyone needing to use our lift up/down as this is not open to the public. Assistance dog facilities

Assistance dog exercise facilities

We unfortunately do not have anywhere to safely allow your dog off the lead to run around due to our location being surrounded by roads. Doing this would be at your own risk & we would not be liable for any responsibility.

Other assistance dog facilities

We allow all guide/assistance dogs into our building, for anyone who requires their dog to come into the theatre, you would need to call our box office to book your tickets in advance so that we can place your seating in a suitable area for both you and your companion to fit safely. There is also a Pets At Home in the bretton centre nearby with a Vets4Pets inside & water bowls outside the store. Our staff are more than happy to assist with any needs where possible.
