Venue Description

Walby Farm Park is an award-winning farm visitor attraction, with daily farm activities, animal shows, outdoor adventure play and Cumbria's largest indoor Adventure Play Barn for all the family to enjoy! Explore our outdoor adventure play area or if the Cumbrian weather is against us, we have plenty to keep you entertained indoors too – dare you try our demon drop slide, meet our friendly animals in the animal barn, or have fun in our Roman Fort Milecastle62.

Accessibility

We try to make your visit to Walby Farm Park as enjoyable as possible and we always try to accommodate as many people as we can. Our Farm Park is generally accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs and everything is on a low level. Being a farm-based rural destination can present some challenges in reaching parts of the farm park, especially during field-based events that may be muddy. Wheelchair users and parents with pushchairs will be able to enjoy many attractions at Walby Farm Park including Milecastle62 – our undercover Roman Fort. Assistance dogs only Portable Hearing Loop is available.

Toilets

There are two disabled toilets, one adjacent to the male toilets and one adjacent to the female toilets. Family Rooms with baby changing facilities and separate WCs are located in the main WC area.
