Over 5% of parking bays are dedicated to disabled parking and Blue Badge holders get four hours' free parking*. We even offer free wheelchair or motorised scooter hire. Our Shopmobility desk is located on Level -2, Lift Lobby 2. Manual wheelchairs and motorised scooters are available on the day to hire, on a first come first served basis. To rent a mobility vehicle, you will need proof of identification, which should be either a valid passport or two of the following: valid driver's license, valid ID card, credit card, pension card or health care card. You'll also be asked to fill out a hire agreement form and leave a refundable £10 deposit. Once that's done, you're ready to go. The whole process takes less than 15 minutes (including training on how to use the vehicle if it's your first time). ARRIVING BY CAR If you're arriving at Westfield London by car, to access the Car Park, you must enter via the A3220 West Cross Route. When entering the Car Park, follow the signs for Shopmobility and aim for the Middle Car Park. When you have entered to the car park, aim for aisle 50 which is located next to Lift Lobby 2 (Shopmobility). There is vehicle height restriction of 2150mm in the Shopmobility Car Park area. If your vehicle is over this height, please call and one of our trained staff will advise you on alternative parking. BLUE BADGE AND DISABLED PARKING We offer Blue Badge holders four hours' free parking Monday to Friday inclusive. During the Disabled Access Day weekend (10th-12th March 2017) we will be offering blue badge holders four hours free parking during the weekend. To qualify for this promotional offer, simply present your Blue Badge and parking ticket to our staff at the Shopmobility desk located within Lift Lobby 2 (Middle Car Park). The parking ticket will then be validated but Blue Badge holders must be present and any additional parking charges will have to be paid at the nearest parking payment machine. Please note: Parking tickets can only be validated at our Shopmobility desk and during normal opening hours. Parking charges outside of these hours will incur the normal parking charge. *Terms and conditions apply

Hands-free Shopping Our Hands-free Shopping service means you don’t have to carry your shopping with you - we’ll take care of it for you. The Hands-free Shopping desk is located on Floor -2, Lift Lobby 1. HOW IT WORKS •Register for a Hands-free Shopping Passport at any of our Concierge desks when you arrive. •Show your Shopping Passport whenever you make a purchase, and while you continue shopping, a member of our Concierge team will come to collect your bags. •At the end of your visit, just collect all your purchases from our secure, centralised checkout, located on Floor -2, Lift Lobby 1. •If you are using Valet service, we’ll carry your shopping to your car.
