Yatton Library is a vibrant village library on the High Street in front of Yatton School and close to the Co-op. The library has a newly refurbished children's area and offers a choice of hireable meeting spaces across two floors. Out-of-hours access is available for registered Extended Access customers.
Accessibility
Yatton Library has step-free access at front and rear doors. Automatic door with push pad at front door. Two disabled car parking spaces at rear, with access for disabled customers via staff door by ringing doorbell. Upper floor is accessed via stairs or passenger lift (lift door width 77 cm)
Toilets
Yatton Library has one disabled toilet with grab rails. It also has a baby change facility.
Staff
North Somerset Libraries welcome everyone to visit. We are free, friendly, and non-judgemental spaces. All staff have recieved autism-friendly libraries training and dementia friends training. We welcome feedback on how to make our services more accessible, either in person or via libraries@n-somerset.gov.uk
