The hotel does have three accessible rooms. Unfortunately at the time of reviewing building works was taking place which prevent access to the reception and in turn the lifts to the rooms. The building works are scheduled for completion in mid March 2016

During my visit I was able to go into the restaurant area at the front of the building. It has its own entrance and there is a ramp up to the double fronted (manual) door. Once inside there was plenty of space to move around. The restaurant is linked to the main hotel by a short corridor that has some steps. Level access is via the external door and then walking around the side of the building to come in the main entrance. Due to building works in the main reception and entrance I was unable to proceed further.
Parking & Transport
Good
Great for proximity to the railway station at Haymarket and the tram stop. Well connected for services to Edinburgh Airport.
Staff
Excellent
Staff were attentive and helpful.
