Venue Description

Assembly Checkpoint is located on Bristo Place, about half way between the Royal Mile and Assembly George Square, and houses one main venue that plays host to mix of cabaret, music, variety and theatrical shows.

Accessibility

Assembly Checkpoint's performance area is only accessible via 26 steps. The downstairs restaurant and bar are accessible at the Ground Entrance.

Accessible Performances

We are currently in the process of programming shows for Assembly Festival 2018, but we hope to offer a variety of BSL Signed Performances and Relaxed Performances, which will be confirmed closer to the time of the Festival. Toilets

There are accessible toilet facilities on the ground level where the restaurant and bar are located.
