Venue Description

Based in the heart of Aberdeen, the Bon Accord & St Nicholas shopping centres offer a fantastic shopping experience. A wide range of retailers can be found within the centres alongside department stores and several restaurants and coffee shops. The centres are within easy walking distance from both the train and bus stations. The also have great parking facilities in a secure environment with with over 1400 spaces in a convenient central location.

Accessibility

There are lifts to all floors of the shopping centres and to each level of the car parks. There are automatic doors at all entrances. There is a ramp up to the Loch Street entrance - this is the only entrance not on ground level. It should be noted that there is a small road between the Bon Accord and St Nicholas centres but that there is a pelican crossing to assist visitors in crossing.

Toilets

There are accessible toilets available on both the Upper and Lower mall of the Bon Accord centre. The toilets on the Lower mall feature a power assisted door to enable easy access.

Staff

Wheelchairs are available to borrow at no cost for customers, and can be used both inside Bon Accord & St Nicholas and elsewhere in the city centre. To request a wheelchair, press the button for assistance at the ticket barrier when you're entering the car park, and a member of staff will meet you at your car with a wheelchair once you're parked. Alternatively, speak to a member of staff in the centres or at our Information Desk on the upper mall of Bon Accord. Members of the security team are trained in first aid.
