Overview

Many so called Wheelchair friendly properties are not so "friendly" for a powerchair. This cottage was the opposite. Spacious rooms, wide doorways made it easy for my son to get about. Access into garden area was great and we were even lucky enough to see a baby calf being born in the adjoining field! The hoist and profiling bed made caring so much easier on holiday and the wet room was ideal with a shower/ commode chair. We did find the heating a bit difficult to understand as we do need it to be on when other people might not need it as my sons condition means he does get cold easily. We all loved the weekend there though!

Very friendly couple who have a good understanding of a wheelchair users needs.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

Yes we would reccomend this cottage if you are looking for a rural get away but just a short drive to local shops, pubs etc.
