Excellent
Good access, entrance ramp not too steep, plenty of spacious lifts, easy to move round for the most part.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Disabled access is separate from main entrance, but access ramp is not too steep and it's easy to spot.
Parking & Transport
Good
Can't say anything about parking facilities. But being in central London, it is close to train stations and bus stops. I got a train to Victoria and with my daughter and friend, we walked (ok I wheeled) to the venue with ease, using Google maps was a doddle and it was a pretty flat walk/wheel to the museum.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
Accessible toilets available, very spacious and clean, easily sign posted.
Staff
Good
Only had a little interaction with staff (at disabled entrance) but they were very warm and welcoming, despite the fact they were there to bag-check.
Additional Information
Mostly a pleasant experience. Easy to manoeuvre in a manual chair even with lots of people milling around during Easter school holidays. The only difficulty I had was in the gift shop area. There were one or 2 areas that where difficult to get around due to tight spaces so had to back up and find another way round. Other than that, it was an overall nice experience.
